IMPORTANT:

• The 8th Anniversary promotion is our best promotion of the year. It is a two part promotion. It gives customers the opportunity to avail large benefits including free items to gift friends and family prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Choose your preferred discount from the 6 options. Additionally, some options make the customer eligible for free bottles and even higher discount codes plus additional free bottles with a separate order to be placed between the 15th January - 30th March 2025.

• Customers who order from options 1-6 during the 8th Anniversary promotion (15th October -  25th November 2024) will receive the discount laid out in the left side column. Customers who availed these options will be emailed a separate coupon code to use for their future order (must be between 15th January - 30th March 2025).

• Coupons will be emailed after the promotion.

• Once the separate order is placed and the discount availed then the applicable free bottle(s) will be sent with that separate order. Some options include free bottles with the first order. 

• Free Gift Set samples contains 5 vials of 2.5ml

• The free fragrance (if applicable), can be availed ONLY when you place a separate order between 15th January - 30th March 2025. 

• The available free fragrance options are strictly from the white list. Customers that choose Option 6 may also avail the free fragrance options in the Yellow column. Customers must check the options for eligible sizes. Free bottles and bottle sizes are subject to availability. 

• The bottle size of the free fragrances is strictly according to the option that the customer is eligible for. 

• Free bottles are supplied in the transparent glass (standard bottle with wooden cap). The only exception is to customers that chose Option 6 whom are eligible for the handcrafted painted bottles (1x 50ml and 1x 100ml). Painted bottles are only for the Pineapple Vintage Range.  Painted bottles are subject to availability. Parfums Vintage range fragrances will be supplied in the standard bottle with the wooden cap. 

• The separate one-time single use code is to be used with a separate order. The code cannot be combined/ stacked with any future discounted promotion).

• The separate order must be outside the dates of any future promotion that features a discount.

• Customers who choose Option One between 15th October -  25th November 2024 are only eligible for Option One discount  between the 15th January - 30th March 2025. Customers are not eligible for the other options, nor any free bottles.  

• Customers who choose Option Two between 15th October -  25th November 2024 are only eligible for Option Two discount between 15th January - 30th March 2025. Customers are not eligible for the other options.

• Customers who choose Option Three between 15th October -  25th November 2024 are only eligible for Option Three 15th January - 30th March 2025. Customers are not eligible for other options. 

• Customers who choose Option Four between 15th October -  25th November 2024 are only eligible for Option Four 15th January - 30th March 2025. Customers are not eligible for the other options. 

• Customers who choose Option Five between 15th October -  25th November 2024 are only eligible for Option Five 15th January - 30th March 2025. Customers are not eligible for the other options. 

• Customers who choose Option Six between 15th October -  25th November 2024 are only eligible for Option Six 15th January - 30th March 2025. Customers are not eligible for the other options. 

• The minimum spend on the next purchase between 15th January - 30th March 2025 is $199

• Discounts cannot be combined/stacked with any future promotion.

• The future discount and free bottle can only be availed outside of any future promotional dates/discounts.

• This code cannot be converted to any cash.

How to avail this promotion:

Choose from option 1- 6 and place your order between 15th October -  25th November 2024. Enter the discount code from the left side column and the products that you order will be sent to you plus any applicable free items.

You will be emailed a separate unique coupon code in the first week of January 2025 to use for a future order between 15th January - 30th March 2025.

 

How to avail your separate coupon (2nd part of the promotion).

 

Step 1: Place a new order between 15th January - 30th March 2025.

Step 2: Use your unique coupon code to avail the discount. For example: If you chose Option 4 (20% discount) between 15th October -  25th November 2024 then you will receive a 25% discount code to be used between 15th January - 30th March 2025 plus your free bottle plus any applicable free items. 

Step 3: In your order note, ensure that you mention the free fragrance and sample set/s you would like to receive as per the fragrance list provided. If you do not mention your preferred free fragrance then Parfums Vintage will choose which fragrance to send to you. Customers who availed Option 6 also need to mention which painted bottle colours they would like to receive.

• Due to the volume of orders that we process, those who order in the first few days of the promotion usually have their orders processed within 3 - 4 working days. Those who order towards the end of the promotion will be behind the queue. Please do not email us asking for trackers until 7 working days have passed since you placed your order. The day that you place the order is not counted as the first working day. 

• Addresses must be verified by Paypal.

• Separate orders will be sent with separate shipping, they will not be combined.

• We do not accept exchange or returns. If in doubt, samples should be purchased prior to ordering any bottles. 

• Parfums Vintage has the right to cancel any orders due to the violation/ misrepresentation of our Terms and Conditions or for any reason determined by Parfums Vintage.

• We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion without prior notice.

• Due to the high volume of orders, we are expecting order fulfilment to take a little longer than usual.

• Please ensure that you mention in your order note, if applicable, the name and size of the free fragrance and the gift set number that you would like to receive according to the preferred options.

 

IMPORTANT - European orders (NOT UK):

 

• Since April we have trialled supplementing the customs duties and VAT that imports into the EU are subject to (typically 30% plus local fees and brokerage fees).

• However since April, customers have been charged only 18% and this is calculated during checkout on our website. 

• ALL remaining fees and VAT have been billed to our courier account to support our customers.  

• Additionally, this has resulted in a quicker delivery service for EU customers. This is due to the local courier being able to deliver to our customers without requirement for fees to be collected upon delivery. Delivery to the EU is a quick and seamless experience without the concern for any unknown charges upon receiving Parfums Vintage fragrances. 

• We are positioned outside the EU and this is no coincidence. The strategic decision is rooted in our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of consistency and integrity of our formulations. This ensures that our customers can confidently rely on the quality of our fragrances with every purchase. 

 

• UK Orders: Will be sent from within the UK as normal by Royal Mail Recorded delivery. UK orders are not subject to customs duties or VAT.
